dueling dualities

Wow, I just heard about this on the BBC last night.  It's apparently gaining some momentum in the UK! I really hope it becomes enacted there and travels across the pond...

Currently, the richest one percent of the U.S. population now owns over 70% of all financial assets (citation).  So if things keep going as they are, I think we're more likely to face this scenario...
